Workshops teaching strategies to address behavior challenges and communication difficulties

The workshops will benefit parents, caregivers, teachers, assistants, speech therapists, occupational therapists, day care attendants, and any other staff working with children with behavior challenges and/or communication difficulties including those with autism, asperger’s syndrome, oppositional deviant disorder, conduct disorder, ADD and ADHD, learning disability, communication delayed, developmentally delayed, and pervasive developmental disorder. Applying the information from these 2 workshops could tremendously improve your child's life.

Workshop 1-Monday, November 19, 2007, 9:00 to 3:00
How to Get your Learner to Appropriately Communicate using the Verbal Behavior approach by Dr. Vincent Carbone.

Workshop 2-Tuesday, November 20, 2007, 9:00 to 3:00
Behavior, Addressing Behavior, and Strategies that Influence Behavior in school or home setting, based upon principles of applied behavior analysis.

Cost for educators and professionals with a degree $100.00 per workshop.
Attend both days, discount price of $150.00 for both.

Cost for parents, caretakers, and others $60.00 per workshop. Attend both days discount price of $100.00 for both. If both parents attend price is $80.00 per couple per workshop and $150.00 total if attend both days.
